🎯 Candidate Preparation Guide For Gantri Applicants

Key Role Competencies & Evaluation Highlights

Key Role Focus:

Assessing rigorous design sensibility, sustainable manufacturing literacy, and the ability to scale a direct-to-consumer digital-physical ecosystem.

📋 Preparation Priorities (Key Areas to Clarify):

1. Treating design purely as an afterthought rather than a core business driver.
2. Lack of familiarity with sustainable hardware supply chains or domestic manufacturing complexities.
3. Proposing generic performance marketing tactics that dilute high-end brand equity.

✨ Recommended Role Alignment Hook:

I bridge the gap between visionary industrial design and high-velocity digital acquisition to scale sustainable physical goods.
