1. Platform Overview
CandidatesReach operates an autonomous talent brokerage platform, connecting job seekers directly with hiring teams across construction, healthcare, admin, sales, and tech via tailored executive endorsements and direct candidate introductions.
2. Free Job Postings & $10 Welcome Credits
Standard job postings are 100% free with automatic schema distribution to Google for Jobs. Employer accounts receive promotional advertising credits ($10 value), valid for 30 days, to test 72-hour visibility boosts. Promotional credits hold no cash value and are non-transferable.
3. 25% Placement Success Fee, Audit Rights & 90-Day Employer Guarantee
3.1 Standard Placement Terms (Net 30)
By unlocking a candidate's direct contact details or activating the Master Referral Placement Agreement, the employer agrees to pay a standard twenty-five percent (25%) placement fee based on the candidate's first-year base salary ONLY if the candidate commences employment within twelve (12) monthsof the referral date. Invoices are issued on the candidate's first day of employment (Net 30 terms).
If a placed candidate leaves voluntarily or is terminated for cause within the first 90 calendar days:
- Days 1 – 30: 100% Full Refund or Free Replacement Candidate.
- Days 31 – 60: 50% Refund or Equivalent Platform Credit.
- Days 61 – 90: 25% Platform Credit toward future placements.
- Day 91+: Guarantee period concludes. Placement is fully vested.
Any attempt by an Employer to circumvent CandidatesReach by directly soliciting, negotiating, or hiring an introduced candidate within twelve (12) months without reporting, or falsely reporting a candidate as unhired or rejected to evade fees, constitutes a material breach of contract and intentional fraud. Employer agrees to pay an immediate liquidated damages penalty of $100,000 USD (or three times the standard placement fee, whichever is greater) per unreported hire, plus all investigative costs, private forensic audit fees, and full attorney fees.
3.3 Third-Party Payroll & Tax Audit Rights
CandidatesReach reserves the legal right, upon reasonable cause or discrepancies in hiring reports, to require an independent certified public accountant (CPA) audit of Employer's payroll records, Form W-2s, and Form 1099 disbursements. Employer agrees to comply with audit requests within ten (10) business days.
Candidates who provide verifiable written documentation (emails, messages, offer contracts) of an Employer attempting an off-platform side-deal or unreported bypass shall receive an immediate $2,500 USD cash bounty (disbursed directly via PayPal, Venmo, or Bank Deposit) upon verified commencement of employment.
4. Official Monthly Sweepstakes & Giveaway Rules (No Purchase Necessary)
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
Eligibility & Monthly Entry: Open to legal residents 18+. Sweepstakes drawings occur on an ongoing monthly recurring cycle.
How to Enter & 10x Referral Multipliers:
- Standard Entry: Create a verified candidate profile to receive one (1) initial sweepstakes entry ticket.
- Referral Multiplier: Each verified qualified referral of a friend or colleague who creates an active profile grants ten (10) additional tickets (+10x Odds Multiplier per referral).
- Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): You may enter without referring by sending an email with your name and registered email to support@candidatesreach.com (subject: "Monthly Sweepstakes Free Entry"). Limit one AMOE entry request per month.
🛡️ Anti-Fraud Policy: Any attempt to obtain entries using fake accounts, bots, or self-referrals will void all entries and disqualify the participant.
Prizes & Discretionary Allocation: Monthly prize pools include instant digital gift cards ($5 – $25 Amazon/Starbucks eGifts) and major technology awards (MacBook, iPhone, AirPods). Exact winner allocations are determined dynamically based on operational volume.
$500 Guaranteed Cash Hiring Bonus: Candidates who secure a job via CandidatesReach receive $500 cash upon completing 30 days of active employment verification.
