What you will do:

  • Support setup and management of foreign entities: Assist with the financial aspects of global expansion, including entity setup, intercompany transactions, and local compliance.

  • Assist with tax compliance: Help ensure adherence to all relevant tax regulations and support tax structuring initiatives for domestic and international operations in close collaboration with our shareholder's tax experts.

  • Support accounting and closing processes (HGB & IFRS): Assist in day-to-day accounting and group closing tasks according to local GAAP (HGB) and IFRS policies to maintain accurate financial records.

  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures: Create scalable Finance processes that support our rapid growth while maintaining effective internal controls.

  • Contribute to financial reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, management reports, and analysis for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Contribute to financial planning and analysis: Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial plan
