Position Summary & Responsibilities

About the Role

Join a customer-facing deployment team working closely with engineering to bring AI-enabled procurement software from pilot to organization-wide adoption. You will turn sourcing and category-management processes into practical workflows, while helping shape product capabilities that can work across customers.

What You'll Do

  • Lead customer deployments from initial pilot through full organizational rollout, partnering with engineering throughout.

  • Explore customers' category-management and sourcing processes, then scope workflows that address their needs and can be reused across accounts.

  • Run discovery workshops and deep-dive sessions to translate customer expectations into actionable technical requirements.

  • Share customer behavior and feedback with engineering, distinguishing core platform opportunities from account-specific needs.

  • Partner with procurement leaders, category managers, and executive stakeholders on long-term rollout plans.

  • Create playbooks, training materials, and onboarding practices that support adoption across customers.

What We're Looking For

  • At least three years of hands-on, customer-facing experience working with both end users and senior executives.

  • Experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or buyer operations, with procurement consulting experience especially relevant.

  • Experience designing customer workflows, facilitating workshops, translating needs into technical requirements, and managing deployments through rollout.

  • Ability to turn customer feedback into product requirements and build onboarding materials that scale across accounts.

  • Fluency in German and English, and experience with DACH-based organizations or customers.

  • Strong initiative, relationship-building skills, and comfort navigating ambiguity.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: €60,000 to €90,000 annually. Equity may be
