Copia is the fastest growing provider of industrial cyber resilience software. Our tools allow industrial organizations to get their automation assets back up and running after cyber attacks and other downtime incidents. For some companies, a quick recovery means preventing millions of dollars in losses. For other companies, like electrical grid operators, it means saving lives.

We are a 60 person software company growing revenue more than 2x year over year. Our customers include some of the largest manufacturers, warehouse operators, data center operators, and utilities in the U.S. and Europe. The problem we solve is a real one, and that is a large part of why people join us and stay.

Revenue Operations Lead

We are looking for our very first Revenue Operations hire to help scale our go-to-market motion. You'll create essential operational processes, become the trusted decision-support advisor for Sales leadership, start new governance initiatives, build AI-powered workflows, and more.

This role will collaborate on a near-daily basis with executive team members across every department. Your primary customers will be Sales leadership, and report directly to the Head of BizOps. As a member of the BizOps team, you will collaborate closely with AI and data science experts to design and deploy scalable, intelligent, automated solutions to RevOps problems.
