About the Role: We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to help build the next generation of AI-first products for our Short Term Disability product line. You'll own features and initiatives on the STD modules and help execute an ambitious multi-year roadmap delivering next-generation workflows, synthesis, insights, and decision guidance technologies to our disability carrier customers.
While no two days are the same, on any given day you can expect to:
- Work closely with data-science partners to quantify value and identify product opportunities
- Drive the roadmap and execution for AI-first products
- Build and ship AI-first products that guide and augment human decision-making in STD claims
- Work directly with stakeholders at major insurance carriers to uncover problems, test product concepts, and drive business outcomes
- Get early product concepts in front of customers and use their reactions to make real decisions about what to build next
- Partner with customer success, sales, and product marketing to support go-to-market strategy for new capabilities
- Write code and build working prototypes alongside your engineers, using AI coding tools as a core part of how you work
- Define clear value propositions, adoption hypotheses, and kill criteria for your work, and have the discipline to walk away from work that isn't landing
- Contribute to the strategic direction of STD products broadly
