About this role
This role is a unique opportunity to build and own physical safety and security at Faire during a pivotal period of growth. You'll define what great looks like, balancing protection with proportionality, rigorous risk management with a workplace that feels welcoming and trusted. Your work will have an immediate impact on how our people feel at work and lay the foundation for how Faire operates as a scaled, public-company-ready business.
We are looking for a strategic and execution-oriented safety and security leader to build, scale, and lead this new function. This critical role will sit at the intersection of People, Legal, and Workplace Experience, responsible for transforming how Faire manages physical security, incident response, travel risk, executive protection, and emergency preparedness across our global offices.
We are seeking a leader who can both run day-to-day security operations directly and design scalable programs, policies, and governance. You'll be the foundational hire in this function, with responsibility for defining the long-term vision for safety and security at Faire.
