We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our Production & Design team. You’ll support production coordination activities for assigned categories, assisting with timeline tracking, sample logistics and vendor communication under the guidance of senior staff.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can manage their own workload, prioritize competing tasks throughout the day and maintain a high level of accuracy when working with large datasets. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Assist in tracking production timelines and milestones
  • Support sample requests, logging, and shipment coordination
  • Help maintain production records in ERP/PLM systems
  • Communicate routine status updates to internal stakeholders
  • Support purchase order data entry and tracking
  • Assist with ad hoc production coordination tasks
  • Identify discrepancies or missing information and resolve or escalate as needed 

ABOUT YOU

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years production coordination or related experience
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
