Product Counsel

We are looking for a Product Counsel to join our legal team. The role will focus on product counseling, providing hands-on legal guidance throughout the product development lifecycle — from early design and planning through launch and iteration. This is a great opportunity for a thoughtful, pragmatic, and collaborative attorney with strong product and business instincts who is eager to learn and wants to help shape innovative edge cloud technologies. We are seeking candidates who value working on a strong and diverse team, and want to contribute to creating a welcoming, inclusive and supportive environment. This position reports to the Assistant General Counsel leading the Product, Technology, and Regulatory team, and will be based out of one of our offices with a preference for San Francisco, CA.

What You'll Do:

Product Counseling: Partner day-to-day with product and engineering teams — joining planning and design discussions, reviewing features for legal risk, and serving as a go-to legal point of contact for cutting-edge product and feature development and launch
Cross-Functional Support: Develop and translate legal and regulatory considerations (privacy, IP, AI, data protection, and similar frameworks) into clear, actionable guidance for cross-functional stakeholders including security and marketing teams
Commercial Support: Support complex customer, partner and vendor negotiations, including reviewing, draft
