About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager who loves the craft of paid digital — someone who obsesses over performance data, isn't afraid to challenge assumptions, and gets genuine satisfaction from turning a good campaign into a great one. You'll own our paid programs end-to-end: strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting. This is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to senior leadership and a real seat at the revenue table.

• 1. Blaming past cross-functional partners or management for project failures.
• 2. Showing an aversion to getting hands-on with tactical execution ('that's below my pay grade').
• 3. Lack of familiarity with modern API design or SaaS business models.
