About the Job

The Finance team at Flatiron Energy is the analytical and execution team that evaluates greenfield projects, M&A opportunities, and capital market transactions to drive the business forward. This role puts you at the center of groundbreaking energy projects—exposing you to diverse markets, capital structures, and the opportunity to develop deep expertise in renewable project finance.

Key Responsibilities

Direct execution of project and corporate transactions, including construction financing, term loans, tax equity and transfer products, corporate / Holdco facilities, and corporate equity.
Oversee and mentor the building, maintaining, and socializing of complex financial models to support project valuation, assessment of investment opportunities and identification of key risks and value drivers.
Collaborate with teams to develop financial tools and processes that enhance efficiency and support key decision making across the organization.
Support the project development lifecycle, acting as the finance subject matter expert on greenfield development, procurement/EPC processes, offtake structuring, and other critical project activities.
Coordinate cross-functionally to address investor due diligence requests, support third party consultants on project financings, and a
