Position Summary & Responsibilities

About the Position

The Golden State Warriors and Chase Center are looking for a highly motivated and organized professional to oversee the scheduling and payroll functions for the Business Operations department. In this strategic leadership role, you will lead the unified Time & Attendance team across both Front of House Operations (FOH) and Back of House Operations (BOH). A firm understanding of union rules is imperative, as you will act as the department’s subject matter expert on complex Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs). This position reports to the Vice President, Front of House.

This is a full-time position based onsite in San Francisco, CA.

Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic scheduling across BOH & FOH departments to optimize labor utilization and ensure organizational compliance
Act as the CBA subject matter expert, interpreting complex union work rules to guide the department's labor strategies and policies
Initiate high-level attendance performance management (i.e., final warnings through termination level disciplinary action) in conjunction with People Operations and respective department heads
Identify labor and employee attendance trends alongside department heads and People Operations to pro
