Bill lowering is the hook. People come to us when they have a bill they can't afford or don't understand. Granted checks it — catches errors, overcharges and denials, secures financial assistance, and negotiates with providers. That earns us the right to be connected to their insurance and their patient data, and from there Granted runs in the background, proactively monitoring every bill to help patients lower and pay what they owe.

🧭 About the Role

We’re hiring our first in-house Marketing Designer to own hands-on creative production across web, email, collateral, and video. You take a brief: usually from marketing and turn it into finished, on-brand assets ready to ship. This is a high-volume execution role: multiple landing pages, email templates, ad cuts, and decks each week, all held to Granted’s brand system and healthcare compliance rules.

One thing to flag up front: ads, landing pages, and emails are the core requirement. Video editing is a strong plus, not a must-have.

Design and revise marketing-site and campaign landing pages in Figma (partner pages, patient-stories page, signup screens, and similar).
