About the Role:

GreenLite is an AI-native permitting intelligence company backed by Insight Partners and Craft Ventures, and we are growing quickly. As Director of FP&A, you will partner with the CFO and leadership team to guide decisions on pricing, sales capacity, and capital allocation. You will build on a strong finance foundation and take our planning and analytics to the next level. Permitting is a major industry we are modernizing, and finance plays a central role in how we scale.

What You'll Do:

Strategic Planning: Partner with CFO in leading the company’s annual budgeting, long-range strategic planning, monthly and intra-month forecasting.
Financial Modelling: Own all financial models for evaluation of business performance, capital raising and key stakeholder reporting.
Management Reporting: Prepare insightful dashboards to be used cross-functionally which highlight key performance indicators and variance analyses.
