Role: Sr Director Of FP&A

Reports To: Chief Operating Officer / Chief Financial Officer

Location: Remote / West Coast preferred

This role will serve as a strategic partner to the COO and executive team, leading planning, forecasting, performance analysis, and board-level reporting while helping build the financial infrastructure required to scale the business.

This is a high-impact role at the intersection of finance, strategy, and go-to-market. The ideal candidate combines strong SaaS finance expertise, board-ready communication skills, and the ability to translate operating data into clear recommendations that influence headcount, capital allocation, and growth decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Planning, Forecasting, and Modeling

Own the annual operating plan, quarterly re-forecasts, and monthly forecasting processes.
Build and maintain financial models across ARR, revenue, headcount, operating expenses, gross margin, cash flow, and key SaaS metrics.
Lead scenario planning and analysis to support
