About the Role

Role Overview

We are looking to work with a new Senior Architectural Interior Designer at Journey. You'll work closely with our design teams, clients, and project consultants to develop and deliver compelling projects across multiple sectors. You'll bring creative leadership to the team, fostering a collaborative process where ideas are shared, challenged, and pushed further.

Drawing on your hospitality design experience and technical expertise, you'll help move projects seamlessly from concept through completion while balancing big-picture thinking with the details that bring a design to life. You'll be expected to bring a strong point of view, thoughtful design sensibility, and the rigor needed to uphold Journey's high design standards.

Key Responsibilities:

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following

Lead and collaborate with your project team to create and develop projects through all design phases with minimal supervision from more senior members of the design team.
Be able to conceptualize ideas for projects and communicate them clearly and strategically with clients through compelling narrative presentations as well as 3D models and sketches, while continuously contributing fresh ideas to the team.
