The Role

Join our Chicago Hospitality Team as a Hospitality Associate where you will be the heart of our onsite-guest experience. This dynamic role combines physical presence with digital prowess, making you a key figure at Kasa Lakeshore. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll work closely with both the Guest Experience and the Property Operations team.
