The Role

Join our East Hospitality Team as a Hospitality Associate where you will be the heart of our onsite-guest experience. This dynamic role combines physical presence with digital prowess, making you a key figure at Kasa Downtown D.C.. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll work closely with both the Guest Experience and the Property Operations team.
