Partner Operations Manager

Lightedge is seeking a Partner Operations Manager to build and run the operational backbone of our channel and alliance programs. This role owns the systems, processes, and reporting that keep our partner ecosystem — including Broadcom/VMware, AWS, and IBM — running smoothly, from deal registration through incentive payout. You'll work closely with Sales Ops, Sales Enablement, and Channel Account Managers to make sure partner-sourced revenue is tracked accurately, and partners have a frictionless experience working with Lightedge

• 1. Hand-waving infrastructure reliability metrics or failing to understand the cost of downtime
• 2. Lack of enterprise-grade security rigor for hybrid cloud architectures
• 3. Inability to communicate complex technical infrastructure trade-offs to non-technical business buyers
