Founded in July 2023 by executives from HubSpot, Google and Stripe, Maven builds conversational AI agents capable of delivering accurate, autonomous support that delights customers at scale.

Position Overview:

We are hiring a Chief of Staff to the CEO to serve as a strategic partner to our CEO and leadership team as we scale an enterprise AI platform transforming customer support and operations. This role is designed for a highly analytical, execution-oriented leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, operations, and communication.
