Senior Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to drive priorities, and change management. Focused on recruiting data and insights, this person will work in the People Analytics and Workforce Strategy team and partner closely with global Recruiting Leaders and cross-functional partners such as, Enterprise Engineering (Engineers, Product Managers, Product designers, UX researchers, and data teams), Location Strategy and Compliance to guide business strategy through data.

📋 Preparation Priorities (Key Areas to Clarify):

• 1. Relying solely on black-box software outputs without understanding the underlying finite element or fluid mechanics equations.
• 2. Inability to explain complex engineering concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders or enterprise buyers.
• 3. Lack of hands-on validation experience connecting digital simulations to physical prototype testing.
