We are a collaborative mid-sized agency with an opportunity for an Account Supervisor to join our growing Consumer Lifestyle team!

In this role, you are a team lead on running critical pieces of the business, managing account teams and being a client counselor. You’ll manage complex projects, lead and inspire team reports, manage IAT relationships and serve as a client counselor on the PR, partnerships and influencer/tastemaker programming front.

You are a key member of new business pitches as well as selling in projects to clients. You’ll be developing and creating programs and start to have a large hand in client budgeting. You’re expected to be tenacious in motivating your teammates, inspiring clients as you go above-and-beyond to understand their business and managing up in an effective manager to senior leadership.

You’ll leverage your understanding of the culture + media landscapes to develop and implement earned media strategies and activations within a broader integrated marketing setting, transforming client briefs into pointed, on-brand PR executions that drive strong results by thinking outside of the box and tapping into cultural trends.
