About the Role: Medici is seeking a hands-on, technology-forward Accounting & Finance Manager to oversee day-to-day financial operations and help build a more efficient, AI-enabled finance function.

This role will be responsible for managing core accounting activities, supporting financial reporting, and identifying opportunities to streamline processes through AI, automation, and modern financial tools.

The ideal candidate brings a strong accounting foundation, experience managing financial operations, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
