Position: Civil Engineer

Salary Range: $131,000 - $137,000

Location: Onsite (Los Angeles, CA)    

Type: Full-Time                

Duties:
9.1  Assists in defining and reviewing the Project Requirement Document scope of work and schedule 
including interim housing requirements
9.2  Performs highly complex civil engineering work related to the planning, design, and 
construction of District facilities and site improvements; provides technical direction to District 
personnel, commissioned architects, and consulting engineers; and certifies civil engineering 
design plans.
9.3  Apply civil engineering principles, practices, processes, and procedures to the planning, 
design, and construction of FSD projects, including project scope development, budget preparation, 
design review, and technical coordination with District and external professional staff.
9.4  Provides technical direction to commissioned architects and consulting civil engineers 
regarding District policies, standards, and design guidelines for site development, including 
grading, paving, fencing, parking layouts, streets, storm drainage, sewer systems, and other site 
improvements associated with new
