Intro

This role is intended to help grow and engage the creator community by developing market specific programs, campaigns, and communications that to engage and activate scaled creators in the Pinterest ecosystem across India and Southeast Asia

What you’ll do:

Support growth markets in Asia (India and Southeast Asia) to acquire and retain creators in the ecosystem
Work cross functionally across strategic partner managers, product and other stakeholders to drive programs and campaigns
Develop plans to engage and activate scaled creators through scaled communication channels like emails, push notifications and other relevant programs
Conduct A/B testing to understand campaign performance drivers with creators and acquire learnings
Manage end-to-end organic and branded creation challenges to incentivize creators
Manage communications calendar across various scaled channels including emails and other in app channels
Define, track and analyze success metrics for programs to identify actionable l
