About the Role

We’re seeking a Multimedia Producer with a strong team mentality and proven experience in real estate media. This role will focus on producing, editing, and delivering high-quality video property tours as well as social-first video content designed to amplify agent brands and drive audience engagement.

The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in both production and editing and comfortable providing direction and guidance to on-camera talent. You should bring deep knowledge of social platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok, and be well-versed in optimizing footage for cross-platform distribution.

We’re looking for someone who is equal parts organizer and creative, able to thrive in a start-up culture, juggle multiple projects, and deliver impactful, polished work. If you’re energized by fast-paced environments and have the ability to both execute and innovate, this is the perfect role for you.

Responsibilities

Follow a fast-paced schedule of shooting luxury real estate in diverse markets
Produce, edit, and deliver captivating video property tours tailored to highlight the unique features and selling points of each listing
Take ownership of the full production process, from conceptualization to post-production, ensuring timely delivery of all assets
Capture and edit headshot and lifestyle photography to support agent branding and marketing needs
Contribute to the conception and execution of digital assets for photo projects, including portraiture, team photoshoots, lifestyle, event photography, and behind-the-scenes content
Provide creative direction and guidance to on-camera talent, ensuring effective communication of messaging and co
