The Revenue Operations Analyst is a versatile, hands-on member of the Revenue Operations team responsible for executing and optimizing the processes that power SpyCloud's Go-To-Market engine. This role owns entitlement management and Deal Desk operations, is fluent in AI and automation tooling to sharpen reporting and reduce manual work, supports the Alliances team with partner operations, and administers and automates our Salesforce ecosystem alongside Sales Operations.

What You'll Do:

Entitlements & Deal Desk Management

Own Deal Desk operations end-to-end: deal structuring support, approvals, non-standard terms review, and quote-to-cash handoffs.
Manage and optimize license entitlement and provisioning processes to ensure accurate, timely delivery of products and services to customers.
Monitor and track license usage to ensure compliance with contractual agreements and license terms, partnering with Sales and Finance to align on entitlement strategy.
Conduct periodic entitlement audits to ensure accuracy, completeness, and audit readiness.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date entitlement documentation and customer entitlement records.
Provide entitlement-related sales support, addressing inquiries and resolving access issues in a timely manner.
Prepare entitlement-related reports and analytics for internal stakeholders.

AI-Driven Reporting & Automation

Serve as a super user for Claude, Databricks, Clay, ZoomInfo, Zendesk, Salesforce and Outreach, building and optimizing dashboards and reports that keep GTM data trustworthy.
Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities across the CRM and adjacent GTM/analytics tools to scale Deal Desk, Sales Ops, and Alliances workflows.
