StubHub is seeking a Director of Equity Accounting to lead the end-to-end accounting, valuation, and forecasting of our global equity incentive plans. This is a high-impact role where you will act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, ensuring our complex equity structures are technically sound and compliant.

Location: Hybrid (3 days in office/2 days remote) – New York, NY

What You'll Do:

Provide subject matter expertise on accounting guidance, interpretation and application of accounting standards under company policy and GAAP relating to stock-based compensation and other equity matters.
Responsible for equity related technical accounting research and implementation, including reviewing proposed accounting standards and determining the potential impact to the Company.
