We're looking for a hands-on Mechanical Project Manager to lead commercial HVAC service, retrofit, equipment replacement, and construction projects from turnover through completion.

This role is ideal for someone with technical trade or field leadership experience who is ready to combine practical field knowledge with project planning, customer communication, and financial oversight.

What You’ll Do

Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, labor, materials, and subcontractors
Maintain an active jobsite presence and support field teams
Coordinate with customers, general contractors, vendors, and internal departments
Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, purchasing, billing, and project documentation
Monitor project costs, labor performance, risks, and projected margins
Ensure projects meet safety, quality, schedule, and customer expectations
Lead project kickoff, progress, and closeout activities

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of mechanical project management, field supervision, trade leadership, or related experience preferred
