Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for a commercially minded Client Services leader who can bridge customer strategy, technology and Business Development to help unlock and close complex new business opportunities. Embedded within the Growth organisation, you will bring deep Client Services expertise, product knowledge and strategic thinking to our most important new business opportunities across APAC, from early discovery through to close.
You are equally comfortable leading strategic discovery, delivering a compelling platform demonstration, solving a complex customer challenge or sitting alongside a BD in a C-level conversation. This role goes beyond traditional pre-sales — you will help identify and shape opportunities and ensure customers are set up for long-term success before they transition into their long-term home.
As the Growth organisation evolves across APAC, you will also help define what best-in-class pre-sales looks like for the region. We’re looking for someone who wants to build something from the ground up — someone comfortable challenging the status quo, reimagining existing ways of working and using AI and automation to develop repeatable, scalable services that help us move faster and deliver a better customer experience.
