Tusker is seeking an Enterprise Architect to serve as the senior technical voice in our sales process. You will connect client needs, sales strategy, and delivery capabilities to design practical, profitable managed services solutions across infrastructure, cloud, networking, endpoints, identity, and security.

This is a consultative pre-sales role—not a quota-carrying sales position or a delivery architecture role. You will lead discovery, shape the solution, communicate its value to technical and executive stakeholders, guide it through procurement, and ensure a smooth handoff to delivery.

What You’ll Do

Design Solutions That Work

• Lead discovery and current-state assessments across infrastructure, network, cloud, endpoint, identity, and security.
• Design managed services solutions spanning NOC/SOC coverage, Microsoft 365 and Azure operations, endpoint and server management, networking, backup and disaster recovery, and security operations.

• 1. Treating fleet management purely as traditional asset financing without environmental focus
• 2. Lack of familiarity with UK tax implications on benefit-in-kind (BiK)
• 3. Inability to balance consumer retail experience with B2B corporate sales cycles
