Job Summary

The University of Austin is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and student-focused Student

Life Coordinator to join the Student Life team.

This position provides administrative and operational support across student programming,

student support, residential life, student organizations, parent communication, and departmental

operations. The Coordinator will work closely with the Director of Student Life to ensure

programs and initiatives are executed effectively while building strong relationships with

students and helping strengthen the overall student experience.

Responsibilities

Student Support: Support students with housing, onboarding, and other administrative needs; conduct regular student check-ins; participate in an on-call rotation for overnight crisis response; and support student wellness initiatives and resources.
