Founding GTM Engineer

Location: San Francisco (in-person, in-office, full-time ONLY)

Compensation: $180K-$250K OTE + meaningful equity

We are hiring a Founding GTM Engineer to own the systems that find, reach, and convert our buyers. You will build the engine and run it yourself, and you will be measured on pipeline and revenue, not activity.

What You'll Do

  • Own Virio's outbound and top-of-funnel engine end to end: ICP definition, targeting, enrichment, scoring, routing, and sequencing across email, LinkedIn, and events.

  • Build and maintain the GTM stack (Clay, HubSpot, n8n or code, AI agents) so every motion runs with leverage, not headcount.

  • Turn executive content and engagement into pipeline: capture warm signals and route them to the right conversation fast.

  • Treat content as part of the sequence: orchestrate executive and employee content across Virio and wire it into outbound so every post feeds pipeline.

  • Run fast experiments on messaging, channels, and offers, and kill what does not convert.

  • Own GTM data and attribution so every meeting and dollar traces back to its source.

  • Personally book and work strategic opportunities alongside the CEO and AEs.

  • Report directly to the CEO and set the GTM playbook as we scale.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 3+ years in GTM, RevOps, growth, or outbound, with a pipeline or revenue number you personally owned.

  • You build the systems yourself: deep Clay experience, plus automation (n8n, Make) and ideally Python or SQL.
