About the Role

A Forward Deployed Engineer helps our most important customers turn IT-lifecycle ambition into reality. You partner with them directly to design, build, and launch the workflows that drive adoption, deepen usage, and deliver measurable outcomes.

This is a brand new team, set up like a startup inside Workwize. It exists for two reasons. New clients should get what they need to go live in weeks, not months. And our clients should get an engineer who knows their setup and fixes things fast.

There is no product manager writing specs for you. You talk to the client, decide what is worth building, build it, ship it, and check that it made a difference. Everything you work on should bring clear value to the client and to Workwize. To be clear: this is not a machine learning or AI research role. You think alongg with our clients and build product features, workflows, and integrations on our platform. You use AI tools every day to move fast.

How the work runs

Discover. Get deep into the client’s IT world: goals, processes, tech environment, governance, and adoption blockers.
Design. Turn that into engineering solutions: what Workwize owns, what integrates, how it becomes a durable operating layer that makes IT simple.
