We are looking for a proactive, business-oriented Payment Operations Specialist who will take ownership of our payment infrastructure and billing operations. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and optimizing payment performance, improving acceptance rates, managing relationships with payment providers, and ensuring smooth billing operations.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Payments Infrastructure Management
Ensure the stable operation of the payment infrastructure and maintain high payment processing quality
Work with the payment orchestration platform and support its effective configuration
Manage the implementation of new payment methods, providers, and payment configurations
Payment Provider Management
Build and maintain effective relationships with payment provi
