We are hiring a hands-on Senior Product Manager to lead our biggest cross-product bet: bringing our consumer and Zello Work product lines together while optimizing for enterprise growth.

After a successful first year, you will

Have owned the combination of Zello's consumer and Zello Work product lines end to end, with the plan approved by the end of Q1 and the first milestone shipped by Q2.
Have run a second large, ambiguous initiative in parallel, so Product moved from one major bet at a time to two or more.
Have raised the bar for product thinking across the team by teaching new skills and ways of working.

What you'll do

Lead the strategy and execution for unifying the consumer and Zello Work product lines, from problem framing through shipped milestones.
Run multiple complex workstreams at once, keeping clarity, quality,
